The front desk staff was kind enough, offering help when we needed it. At least the A/C worked well, a small relief.

It wasn't cheap but still was like a disaster.

Brand-new and reasonably largeroom with beer and the otherwise clean bathroom, as for instance as advertised. Affable staff at all times. Location short walk to restaurants as well as airport. Also, in the middle of jackson.

The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool. Loved the hot tub and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. There was a microwave and tv in the suite. Free toiletries and fresh linens were a nice touch too.

The Inn & Suites has a lovely outdoor area that was perfect. The decoration felt cute, just like a friend's porch on a summer day, charming for a pleasant stay.

Not the best stay

We checked in and found a lot of issues. The toilet was messed up, and the plug didn't work, really frustrating. Staff was kinda rude when we complained. The second room was worse, and there were bugs. The picnic area outside was nice, though. For the price, it just wasn't worth it.

Had a chance to chill in a king suite spa bath, super relaxing! The AC worked well and the fridge kept our drinks cold. Plus, the location made it easy to hit nearby restaurants.

Charming, charming, charming.

I loved how cozy the double room felt with those good in-room kitchenettes for a snack anytime! Reminding me of my favorite coffee shop owners. Plus, the outdoor area was perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying a good book!

I recently spent four nights at a hotel in Madison where I found it super easy to stroll around and explore local attractions. I was particularly enchanted by the nearby Dublin Memorial Park and loved being able to grab a bite at Edo Japanese Restaurant just a little over half a kilometer away.

The staff was so friendly and gave us a lovely room with a nice bonus of beer. The location was great, right in the center of Jackson. Also, it was very convenient being close to restaurants and the airport.
